Description
Maxcrete 681 Hydraulic Grout is a fast setting mortar that consist of hydraulic cement, fine sand and specially formulated additives. Upon contact with water, the grout hardens rapidly as it increases in volume to form an airtight and waterproofed seal.

Mixing
• Maxcrete 681 : 3 part
• Clean Water : 1 part (Use lesser water for active leaks)
Wear rubber gloves and mix only a handful at one time. Work quickly to a pasty consistency and place within 15 seconds upon contact with water.
Preparation
Cracks : Cut a square or under-cut groove, 20mm wide and 20mm deep.
Leaking Spots : Under-cut around the leaking spot and hack away to 20mm deep.
Clean and remove algae, contaminants, laitance and loose particles.
Flush away all dirt and dust.
Wet the area just before placement of hydraulic grout.
Application
Force Maxcrete 681 Hydraulic Grout to fully fill the cavity and maintain pressure by holding down and keeping still for 30 to 60 seconds. Ensure a proper seal and firm set before shaving off excess material with a steel trowel.
Long Cracks : Commencing patching from the top end, working on one small section at a time. Always use freshly mixed material, maintaining pressure and shaving off excess each time.
Active Leaks : Commence patching from the edge, moving around to finish at the spot with the greatest leak.
Always use freshly mixed material and maintain pressure until firm set before moving to patch the next adjacent spot.

Storage & Shelf Life
Keep elevated in dry, moisture free condition.
Can be stored for 9 months in sealed original packaging.
Health & Safety
Prevent contact with skin and wear waterproof gloves and googles when handling.
Upon contact with skin, wash with soap and water.
In case of eye contact, flush with water and seek medical attention immediately.
